Prior to launching PropertyPilot, Michael was the Founder and CEO of Cherrystone Bay LLC a real estate investment firm. During his career in real estate, Michael focused on developing a proprietary database to locate, value and manage properties. Merging his technical background with his real estate experience was the genesis of PropertyPilot. Since then, PropertyPilot's foundation has expanded to include valuable search, mapping, project management, reporting and analytic features, expanding its scope of service to a variety of industries.
He is also a licensed New Jersey realtor.
David Gross is a driven marketing professional with a passion for online customer acquisition who deeply understands the nuanced mechanics of executing successful, highly optimized, cross-channel marketing campaigns.David brings a unique and valuable perspective to the PropertyPilot team, where his real estate experience perfectly compliments his command of digital marketing. He has 8 years of real estate investment and brokering experience. Before PropertyPilot, David was an Investment Sales broker at CBRE, the world's largest real estate company, where he led the Private Capital Group in New York City's Outer Boroughs.David graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration. He has completed a Graduate Certificate at New York University in Real Estate Finance.
Anthony L. Velasquez, Esquire, is legal counsel to PropertyPilot.com and he also authors legal and real estate articles for the company. He has been a licensed attorney practicing in NJ for over 15 years. His practice focuses on real estate investments, transactions and developments, commercial litigation, tax liens, mortgages and foreclosures. Mr. Velasquez has argued successfully on behalf of his clients before all levels of the NJ Superior Courts and the NJ Supreme Court, in addition to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He was counsel on the landmark case before the NJ Supreme Court Simon v. Cronecker, 189 N.J. 304 (2007), which established the rights of third party buyers of distressed property in New Jersey tax foreclosure cases.Prior to opening his own law firm in 2005, Mr. Velasquez was at attorney at Hill Wallack and Kaplin Stewart, both in Central Jersey. He served his judicial clerkship for the NJ Office of Administrative Law where he served multiple administrative law judges on a variety of regulatory matters. Mr. Velasquez earned his Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from The College of New Jersey (formerly Trenton State College), his Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Eagleton Institute of Politics, Rutgers University, and his Juris Doctorate law degree from Rutgers University, School of Law at Camden. He has lectured throughout New Jersey on a variety of legal topics including litigation, real estate and foreclosure, and he has been an adjunct professor at The College of New Jersey where he has taught business law.
Marc Pfeiffer served the New Jersey Division of Local Government Services for 25 years, including serving as Deputy Director from 1998 until 2012 and occasionally as Acting Director. He managed the Division day-to-day activities, including direct supervision and implementation of public procurement and shared services programs, financial management policies, legislative and regulatory issues, state financial aid programs, municipal consolidation issues. He also participated in planning and implementing several statewide technology initiatives. He served as the founding Acting Executive Director of the State’s Government Records Council, and served for over a decade on the State Records Committee.Prior to joining the Division in 1986, he served as a municipal administrator for 10 years in several New Jersey municipalities. He has served as an Adjunct Professor in Public Administration in the Master of Public Administration program at Kean University for 18 years. He holds an MPA with a major in labor relations from New York University and B.S. in Urban Affairs from American University. Senior real estate executive with over 35 years of experience in all facets of commercial real estate for both corporate and private organizations.Retired from the Philip Morris Companies as Director in charge of Real Estate Operations for all of their operating companies which included General Foods, Kraft Foods, Miller Brewing Company and Philip Morris Capital Corp. Mr. Czerwinski has attended Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he majored in Business Administration. In addition he has attended Michigan State University’s School of Mortgage Banking and Real Estate and New York University’s Real Estate Institute. Mr. Czerwinski was formerly a Captain in the United States Army, completing pilot training for both helicopter and fix-wing aircraft. He is currently a Bank Director at Columbia Bank and is active in charitable organizations.
